Further Innovation with New Semi-Lowloaders: Goldhofer Presents Two New Highlights at the IAA

From September 23rd to 30th at the 63rd IAA for commercial vehicles, Goldhofer AG of Memmingen presents two new semi-lowloaders in a class of their own. The leading provider of heavy-duty transport technology shows the new STZ-VP 6-69/80 with pendular axles on the exhibition grounds in Hall 25 C07. In addition, a semitrailer type STZ-L 3 XXXX for the universal transport of construction machinery is being presented.

"Naturally, the IAA for commercial vehicles is obligatory for us. The exhibition provides a good opportunity a few months after "bauma" to present new vehicles to a wider audience," explains c.e.o Stefan Fuchs.

The two vehicles being presented add to Goldhofer's extensive product portfolio and provide numerous benefits which are essential for an economical and flexible fleet.

The vehicle type STZ-VP 6 is an over-rideable semi-lowloader with pendular axles. This vehicle has the following advantages:

• The high 600 mm stroke of the hydraulic suspension enables driving into construction sites which are   
   difficult to access.
• A 60° steering angle ensures less tyre wear, the best cornering characteristics and good manoeuvrability.
