These lowbed trailers feature a drop deck with low loading height. This enables low transport heights to be achieved for the haulage of high loads. The drop deck can be supplied with a fixed rear angle or can be executed with a hydraulically lifting / lowerable loading platform section.
These vehicles can also be equipped with friction steering or force steering in order to provide even better manoeuvrability.

Goldhofer offers special trailers for unusual loads such as machinery with differing wheelbases used in the construction and forestry industries as well as for combine harvesters. These vehicles are equipped with a drop deck which is lowered at the sides and / or wheel recesses. This enables the transportation of high machinery within the framework of statutory regulations. A detachable rear bogie can be supplied in order to enable access to the drop deck.
